1. 30-Day Limited Refund Window
Customers can raise a refund request within 30 days from the date of delivery. However, refunds are only applicable under specific conditions mentioned below.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refund will be considered only if:
- The machine delivered is different from what was ordered
- The product has major manufacturing defects
- The machine is unused or has minimal usage (inspection required)
- All original documents, invoice, and accessories are returned
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refund will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Normal wear and tear after usage
- Damage caused due to improper handling or operation
- Delay in raising request beyond 30 days
4. Inspection Process
All refund requests are subject to physical inspection by our technical team
Approval or rejection will be based on inspection report
5. Refund Process
Once approved, refund will be processed within 7 to 15 business days
Refund will be credited to the original payment method or as mutually agreed
6. Return & Transportation
Customer is responsible for returning the machine to our designated location
Transportation and handling charges will be borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side
7. Cancellation Policy
Order can be cancelled before dispatch with minimal charges
Once dispatched, cancellation charges may apply
